Phase 1: Data Preparation

Phase 2: Layout Preparation
-Phase 2.1: Layout first draft

-Phase 2.2: Basic Electricity consumption

-Phase 2.3:

• Calculation of material flow: The foundation of the layout planning, the evaluation of the basis glass storage and the interim storage for semi finished products and the production achievement of the individual machines and for the total output of the factory.
• Specification of machinery: The requirements of the individual machines in the production process. Consumption and quantitative requirements of raw material and accessories required by each machine.
  -Phase 2.4: Electrical Layout: Position of the electrical connections, cables width and capacity, recommendations for electrical supply or generators and best routing for less power lost.

-Phase 2.5: Compressed Air flow Layout: Calculation of the compressed air needed, pipes thicknesses and best location. Including recommendations for air compressors.

-Phase 2.6: Fire Fighting System (Sprinkles, fire extinguishers, other special fire requirements…).

-Phase 2.7: Ventilation and air conditioning system.

-Phase 2.8: Drainage system (trenches, pits…).

-Phase 2.9: Handling devices and internal Rail transport.

Phase 3: Layout Confirmation
-Phase 3.1: Master plan layout.

-Phase 3.2: Follow up with the customer on the site preparation and implementation.

Phase 4: Installation Period
-Phase 4.1: The support to supplier of machinery, architect and/or contractor during installation on site.

-Phase 4.2: A list minimum number of personnel required for a proper factory production operation, including typical job description, minimum education and experience requirements.
