PRECISE FOIL CUTTING AND POSITIONING
The BENTELER Foil Management system is engineered for high repeatability, ensuring precise foil cutting and placement according to the specific characteristics of each foil type. With automatic laser measurement of the foil leading edge, synchronized table and laying roller movement, and optional edge guidance to compensate for roll deviations, the system helps reduce waste and improve positioning accuracy during production.
EFFICIENT OPERATION AND PROCESS TRACEABILITY
Designed for high availability and operator comfort, the system includes automatic roll change, automatic foil start, interleave foil wind-up, and integrated foil punching for bus bars. Equipped with Siemens S7 control, MES connectivity through the BENTELER SECS/GEM interface, consumables documentation, and barcode identification for foil rolls, it supports efficient production, better traceability, and smooth integration into modern manufacturing lines.
