ADVANCED LAMINATION FOR FLAT AND CURVED GLASS

The Italmatic Autoclave Vetro is designed for the professional lamination of flat and curved glass, including laminated glass and windshields. It supports major interlayer films such as PVB, EVA, and SentryGlas, as well as decorative and structural materials including fabrics, fibers, polycarbonate, aluminum, and photovoltaic cells. Thanks to its reliable thermodynamic design and efficient cycle control, the autoclave ensures consistent quality and high performance, even for demanding applications such as bullet-resistant and impact-resistant glass. An optional HST configuration is available, allowing the machine to reach 290°C for Heat Soak Testing to help detect nickel sulfide inclusions before installation.
