The system is composed of glass racks, shuttle cars, rails, hoisting stations, loading stations, and a centralized control system, all working together to ensure smooth and synchronized operations. Designed for large-scale production, it can be integrated with up to five cutting tables, enabling continuous workflow and reducing manual handling. Engineered to handle a wide range of glass sizes—from 2100 x 1830 mm up to 6000 x 3300 mm—and thicknesses between 3 and 19 mm, the system offers high adaptability for various production needs. With a maximum moving speed of 40 m/min, rack depths of 350 mm or 450 mm, and a loading capacity of up to 12,000 kg, it ensures fast, safe, and efficient storage and transfer.
