INSULATING DOUBLE GLAZING
Insulating double glazing is designed to improve thermal performance, energy efficiency, and indoor comfort by combining two glass panes within a sealed unit. Depending on the glass composition, coatings, spacer systems, or integrated elements used, insulating double glazing can also provide solar control, acoustic insulation, safety, privacy, and decorative features for residential, commercial, and architectural applications.
Basic insulating double glazing consists of two sheets of float glass separated by a rigid hollow metal spacer, with the cavity between the panes filled with dry air. Its main function is to provide thermal insulation by reducing heat transfer between indoor and outdoor environments. Additional performance features can be achieved by selecting different glass components, such as enhanced thermal insulation, solar control, acoustic performance, safety, or decorative effects.

Coated insulating double glazing is made with two glass components, one of which is coated on one side with metal or metal oxide layers. These coatings improve the thermal insulation and solar control performance of the glazing unit, helping reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort and natural light. It is suitable for buildings that require improved energy efficiency, better indoor climate control, and enhanced façade performance.
LARGE-FORMAT INSULATING DOUBLE GLAZING
Large-format insulating double glazing is designed for architectural projects that require oversized glass units and wide transparent surfaces. Available in jumbo sizes up to 5900 x 3110 mm, depending on the glass function, project structure, and applicable regulations, it supports modern construction designs with larger openings, improved visibility, and high-performance glazing solutions.

Insulating double glazing with encapsulated Georgian bars combines the performance of a sealed double glazing unit with a traditional decorative grid appearance. The unit incorporates cross-shaped varnished or anodized aluminium profiles inside the glazing cavity, creating an elegant visual effect while maintaining the benefits of insulated glazing. It is suitable for façades, windows, doors, and architectural projects requiring a classic or decorative finish.

Insulating double glazing with sealed blinds integrates adjustable horizontal Venetian blinds inside the sealed glazing unit. The standard version is supplied with two sheets of float glass, but it can also be combined with other types of double glazing for enhanced performance. This solution provides privacy, light control, and protection from dust or damage, making it ideal for offices, partitions, residential windows, healthcare facilities, and modern interior applications.
