The BENTELER DUPLEX portal drilling machine features two independently operating portals. Thanks to dual transport track with individual drives, both drilling- portals can process glass simultaneously. Every portal is equipped with a drilling and milling operation for fast and precise glass processing. Each portal can be equipped with a water jet cutting unit for even faster cut-outs. A horizontal buffer storagefor up to 10 glass sheets ensures continuous operation without interruptions. Before the glass leaves the line, it will send thru a washing machine the BENTLER tecWasher (F/G) who ensures that no glass-dust or other contaminants remain on the glass after it leaves the line.
