The BENTELER Duplex solution features two independently operating drilling portals, enabling simultaneous processing of two glass sheets through a dual transport track system with individual drives. Each portal is equipped for drilling and milling operations, with optional waterjet cutting units for faster and more complex cut-outs. Integrated tecGrinder technology ensures precise glass measurement and self-adjusting spindles, reducing setup time and enhancing accuracy. The system is designed to handle a wide range of glass sizes with minimal operator intervention, delivering high output and consistent processing quality.

INTEGRATED FLOW & PROCESS RELIABILITY

The complete line includes double-sided grinding machines, tecWasher (F/G) washing systems, transport conveyors with dual tracks, cross transfers, and a horizontal buffer unit capable of storing up to 10 glass sheets. This ensures continuous, interruption-free production and efficient material flow throughout the process. Advanced BENTELER control technology provides intuitive operation, reliable performance, and seamless coordination between all components, while features such as angle adjustment and corner dubbing enhance finishing quality.
