The line starts with the tecGrinder, a double-sided grinding machine featuring self adjusting spindles for high flexibility, fast line speed and less tool wear. After that follows the tecDriller, a drilling and milling machine equipped with an optional water jet cutting unit, enabling flexible and accurate glass processing. Optional is a buffer conveyor for 10 glass sheets between the grinding and drilling machine to prevent process interruptions. At last is the washing machine (tecWasher F/G) who ensures that no glass dust or other contaminants remain on the glass after it leaves the line, guaranteeing a clean and flawless surface.
