The BENTELER Z-Solution is built around three core components: tecGrinder, tecDriller HD Pro, and tecWasher. The process begins with double-sided grinding machines featuring automatic spindle setup in just 30 seconds, ensuring flexibility and reduced tool wear. The tecDriller HD Pro, equipped with up to 2 × 40 tools, enables high-speed drilling, milling, and seaming operations, with tool change times under 7 seconds and optional waterjet cutting for advanced applications. A bypass transport track allows handling of non-drilled glass, while buffer units ensure continuous production without interruptions.

SMART HANDLING, CLEANING & PROCESS RELIABILITY

The system includes advanced transport conveyors with horizontal buffer units for up to 10 glass sheets, dual-track handling, and cross transfers for optimized material flow. Automatic center support bars and intelligent control systems allow seamless adjustment to varying glass sizes. The tecWasher ensures a flawless finish by removing all dust and contaminants, while achieving up to 30% energy savings.
