The Custom Size Laminating Line is engineered to adapt to individual customer needs, featuring a first-floor PVB storage system capable of handling both cooled and interlayer films. With storage capacity ranging from 6 to 24 PVB rolls, supported by a dedicated steel structure, the system ensures efficient material management and optimized workspace organization. It delivers accurate glass assembly, reliable pressing and pre-laminating processes, and smooth operation through integrated PVB unwinding and back-edge cutting units, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
