The BENTELER Edge Sealing System applies a butyl hotmelt seam with exceptional precision, forming the seal according to the selected EVA or PVB laminating foil. This accurate edge sealing helps improve the module’s protection against moisture, supporting long-term durability and enabling stronger product reliability.
HIGH PROCESS RELIABILITY AND EASY INTEGRATION
Designed for stable and efficient production, the system uses laser-based sensors to continuously monitor the sealing seam, while a solid centering table keeps the glass firmly positioned for uniform results.
