Variable-angle straight-line edging machine for processing flat or inclined edges, featuring an additional wheel dedicated to edge polishing for flawless finishes and sustained high productivity. The ELB 11/45 straight-line edger processes glass edges, delivering superior quality on both flat and 45° inclined edges.
ENHANCED POLISHING PERFORMANCE AND AUTOMATION
The use of two polishing wheels enhances the polishing quality, demonstrating the effectiveness of liquid cerium. Additionally, spindle air adjustment optimizes consumption and extends their lifespan while maintaining consistent performance. This enables the operator to use the machine easily, as it automatically handles adjustments, reducing the need for constant manual intervention. The machine's remarkable flexibility ensures excellent results in both processing large monolithic plates, where speed is crucial, and in handling small plates, where a high-quality edge finish is desired. The ELB 11/45 models are compatible with fully automated robotic systems.
