All-IN-ONE EDGE PROCESSING
Through extensive tool research with BDT, the company has optimized the grinding wheels to enable the creation of 'L' profile grooves, flat edges, and arris in a single pass. The ELB 9+2 can create a complex edge profile on glass in one pass, eliminating the need for multiple machines or setup changes. It also accelerates glass edge processing and enhances control, producing a standardized, high-quality product with consistent tolerances. It reduces costs and material handling, transforming a handcrafted process into an efficient industrial operation. The machine features a remote control for adjusting the X and Y axes of the spindles for grooving wheels and for height compensation of the polishing wheels for the front and back arris as well as the flat edge. The ELB 9+2 can be integrated into a BRS robotized line, enabling fast, safe, and highly precise handling of glass sheets.
