SEAMLESS INTEGRATION FOR MONOLITHIC AND LAMINATED GLASS
The system merges a high-performance monolithic cutting table with a dedicated laminated glass processing center. Monolithic glass benefits from the speed and precision of its cutting table, while automatic X-cut breaking is performed by the laminated glass machine. Laminated glass operations are fully automated with scoring, breaking, and separation, supported by the monolithic table’s transport and buffer systems for smooth, continuous workflow.
OPTIMIZED PRODUCTIVITY AND FLEXIBILITY
For monolithic glass, the first machine handles straight and shaped geometries with precision, while the laminated machine automates X-cut breaking and supports manual Y-cut openings for efficiency. Conversely, during laminated glass processing, the monolithic table serves as a service station with integrated transport and buffer systems, ensuring seamless sheet movement, reduced downtime, and maximum productivity.
PRECISION CONTROL AND SPACE-SAVING DESIGN
The system features automatic cutting wheel pressure management with digital proportional valves on both machines. Preloaded parameter recipes allow quick adjustments for different glass types, ensuring consistent breakout and superior cut quality. The compact footprint, enhanced by an innovative glass buffer system, allows installation in constrained spaces without compromising performance.
AUTOMATED TRACKING AND CLEAN FINISHES
Manual glass tracking is eliminated with automatic labeling, including part details and barcodes, enabling full traceability for both monolithic and laminated glass. The system handles monolithic sheets from 3 to 19 mm and laminated sheets from 33.1 to 1010.4 mm. Tangential wheels and high-efficiency dust collection ensure flawless Low-E coating removal, while the BCR brush on the laminated machine guarantees clean edges and precise processing for all glass types, including patterned, mirrored, and Low-E glass.
