SPACE OPTIMIZATION & SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
The system is composed of lifting conveyors, sorter lifting systems, and a centralized control system, enabling horizontal storage of glass in multiple grid layers reaching up to 9 meters in height. This significantly reduces the overall footprint while maximizing storage capacity. Positioned as a buffer before tempering, it integrates seamlessly with tempering lines and can be connected to automatic batching systems for precise and efficient glass loading.
HIGH PERFORMANCE & FLEXIBLE OPERATION
Engineered to handle a wide range of glass sizes—from 800 × 600 mm up to 5000 × 3000 mm—and thicknesses between 3 and 19 mm, the system offers exceptional flexibility. With customizable storage capacity of up to 70 layers per unit, transfer speeds ranging from 6 to 40 m/min, lifting speeds of 2.2 m/s, and cycle times between 20 to 35 seconds, it ensures fast, reliable, and continuous material flow for high-volume production environments.
