Quality Checker SG
Single Glass Quality Control & Precision Measurement
The Quality Checker SG performs full quality control of single glass sheets according to international standards like EN, ASTM, or JIS. It ensures each sheet meets the required quality before shipping or further processing. After cutting or breaking, the scanner checks rectangularity, detecting broken corners, undercuts, or noses on the edges.

Used on final test tracks (e.g., doors), the Quality Checker SG compares glass contours and processed features (holes, cutouts, etc.) against a DXF file. It controls type, position, and dimensions of fabrication work with a tolerance of less than ±1 mm/m, ensuring high precision based on a corner start value. Tolerances scale with glass length, emphasizing consistent and synchronized transport on the conveyors.
To avoid camera angle errors, the Quality Checker SG uses parallel light projection and a two-dimensional projector screen. This provides a 0° perpendicular view, accurately examining interior and exterior contours. Labels or other non-defective elements are automatically excluded to prevent false alarms.
