PRECISION SCANNING & OPTIMIZED PAINT USAGE
Equipped with a high-precision photodiode scanning barrier, MITO accurately detects incoming workpieces, measuring their dimensions and position through integrated control software. This enables optimized spraying, significantly reducing paint wastage and improving overall efficiency. Modular and adaptable, the system is ideal for small to medium production volumes. It also features a patented Plenum system for effective overspray extraction, along with configurations such as CFB for automatic cleaning and belt centering.
FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION & GLASS APPLICATION
MITO offers flexible arm configurations, with options for one central arm or two side arms to enable fast and automatic colour or product changes. All valve and timing controls are managed directly via software, ensuring precision and consistency. Fully suitable for glass applications, the MITO Glass configuration allows the use of various paint types and includes a specialized arm for rapid colour changes—making it ideal for small batch production and high operational flexibility.
