Each configuration includes removable coating heads with material trolleys and tanks, three adjustable-speed conveyor belts, and enclosed heavy-duty stainless steel tanks to minimize vibrations and enhance stability.

The Smart Curtain system is equipped with an “edge saver” device to ensure smooth, clean finishes on glass edges. Ideal for applying various coatings on flat surfaces, it is particularly suited for high-quality finishes requiring heavy coating applications, including polyurethane-based products.
