A fully automatic cutting system engineered for laminated glass, combining integrated loading, intelligent handling, and advanced separation functions. Designed to cut, break, heat, and separate jumbo sheets with maximum efficiency, it ensures fast, precise, and consistent production regardless of job complexity or operator skill.
The Intermac Cut Pro L B optimizes laminated glass processing through an innovative vertical buffer system that lifts sheet remnants to perform immediate Y cuts before repositioning for subsequent X cuts. This eliminates traditional manual repositioning delays, significantly boosting productivity. At the same time, the intelligent layout reduces overall machine footprint, making it ideal for space-conscious production environments.


Equipped with a high-performance transport belt system and air cushion support, the machine ensures smooth positioning and movement of even oversized glass sheets. The interpolating suction cup mechanism automatically rotates strips for orthogonal cuts, enabling fully automated processing without manual adjustments. Integrated scoring, breaking, separation, and PVB heating guarantee continuous and efficient laminated glass production.
Dual independent proportional valves manage scoring pressure separately for upper and lower cutting heads, compensating for gravity effects and ensuring perfectly balanced cuts. The system also enables precise curvilinear and diagonal cutting through synchronized interpolation between the cutting head and vacuum cups. Automated trim cut opening (down to 20 mm) enhances yield, reduces waste, and improves cutting layout optimization.


The tangential wheel system, powered by an independent motor with dedicated vacuum extraction, efficiently removes Low-E coatings, while an integrated grinding station maintains consistent wheel performance. A reinforced breaking bar with linear guides and torque shaft ensures uniform pressure distribution for reliable separation. Designed to process laminated glass thicknesses from 22.1 to 1212.4, the system delivers high performance without requiring specialized equipment or highly skilled operators.
