SMOOTH OPERATION & PRECISION CONTROL

The flat edge processing spindles are isolated from the electric motor, with power transmission handled by belt and pulley to reduce vibrations and ensure high-quality finishing. Digital adjustments via the Human Machine Interface allow precise control of glass removal height without manual intervention, while the 10.4” touchscreen panel provides clear and intuitive monitoring of all machine functions.

EFFICIENCY & LOW MAINTENANCE DESIGN

Designed for long-term reliability, the system incorporates anti-friction pads running on ground steel guides and a conveyor system without ball bearings, reducing wear and maintenance costs. Features such as Jumbo Mode enable safe and efficient handling of large glass sheets during operation, while chain-driven transport with replaceable rubber pads ensures smooth glass movement and quick maintenance.
