SMART HANDLING AND STABILITY
Dynamic suction cup carriages reposition intelligently to keep the glass supported at all times, even unstable sheets that traditional vertical machines cannot handle. The pilot system, guided by the C Axis, clamps the glass securely while anti-friction copiers maintain perfect centering and stability, reducing vibrations and ensuring flawless grinding, polishing, and beveling.
NO SETUP STRESS AND ONE-BLOCK CHASSIS
The machine eliminates manual setup entirely. Glass is moved via carriages through the head section, with all axes interpolated by the NC system for zero positioning time and exceptional accuracy. Its one-block chassis delivers maximum stability, eliminates vibrations under high stress, and ensures long-term reliability, while simplifying installation and maintenance.
SAFETY WITHOUT COMPROMISES
Advanced safety solutions, including LaserScanner protection, define secure zones around the operator. If any object or the operator enters these zones, the machine stops immediately and power to the axes is cut. Fully compliant with EN ISO 13849-1 and PL-D, the system guarantees maximum operational safety without compromising performance.
