The Jumbo Size Laminating Line is engineered for complete automation, covering all production stages from glass loading to final offloading with spacer setting. With cycle times as fast as 45 seconds, it ensures optimal productivity while maintaining precision in PVB laying and trimming. The system supports both jumbo and half-jumbo glass sizes, offering flexibility for large-scale production, and guarantees reliable assembly even with multiple interlayer applications.
