The FORVET MULTI PRO M H0S integrates all essential glass finishing operations into one compact system, occupying as little as 38 sqm*. Equipped with advanced polishing, drilling, milling, and washing modules, it transforms raw glass into finished products efficiently while minimizing labor and space requirements.
FLEXIBLE BATCH-ONE PROCESSING
Designed for maximum versatility, the machine continuously handles varying glass dimensions and thicknesses. Automatic setup occurs during transport, while loading and offloading systems manage pieces independently. Shaped and out-of-square glass is processed seamlessly, enabling production of shower doors, balustrades, partition walls, and facades with minimal complexity and reliance on skilled labor.
HIGH-PRECISION FINISHING AND MACHINING
The edge polishing unit features two independent heads, each with eight wheels, ensuring flawless, brilliant edges and precise corner dubbing. Hardware processing heads support up to eight tools for drilling, milling, and countersinking in a single operation. Advanced vacuum holding, piece detection, and automated machining guarantee smooth execution of complex geometries without manual adjustments.
SAFETY, WASHING, AND PERFORMANCE
The machine’s fully enclosed structure with microswitch-controlled doors ensures maximum operator safety. Powered by Siemens CPU and Simotion software, the system delivers precise motion control and seamless PLC integration. The high-efficiency washing and drying section uses fine-grain brushes, recirculated warm water, and high-pressure air blades to achieve spotless, crystal-clear results, even on Low-E glass, with minimal maintenance.
