The FORVET MULTI PRO M HJS integrates all finishing operations into a compact system of just 38 sqm*. Equipped with advanced polishing, drilling, milling, waterjet cutting, and washing modules, it transforms raw glass into finished products efficiently, optimizing workflow and minimizing footprint. This makes it ideal for facilities requiring a high-performance, flexible solution within a limited space.
FLEXIBLE BATCH-ONE PROCESSING
No batch is too small: the machine automatically handles glass of varying dimensions and thicknesses, performing setup in hidden time during transport. Automatic loading and offloading devices ensure uninterrupted operation, while flexible heads process shaped and out-of-square glass seamlessly. With only one straight side required, the system simplifies production of shower doors, balustrades, partition walls, facades, and other customized glass products, reducing reliance on highly skilled labor.
HIGH-PRECISION FINISHING AND MULTI-GEOMETRY MACHINING
The edge polishing unit features two independent heads with eight wheels each, delivering brilliant edges and precise corner dubbing. The drilling and milling heads, including an integrated waterjet system, execute complex geometries in a single operation. Advanced vacuum holding, automatic piece detection, and optimized machining ensure smooth, precise, batch-one processing without manual intervention.
SAFETY, WASHING, AND PERFORMANCE
A fully enclosed metal structure with microswitch-controlled doors provides maximum operator safety. The intuitive Human Machine Interface, Siemens CPU, and Simotion software ensure advanced motion control, PLC integration, and seamless operation. The high-efficiency washing and drying section uses fine-grain brushes, recirculated filtered warm water, and high-pressure air blades to achieve spotless, crystal-clear results, even on Low-E glass, with minimal maintenance.
