MULTI-PROCESS VERSATILITY
The Cut Go M 0 processes monolithic, Low-E, laminated glass, vinyl applications, and ceramic materials within a single compact platform.
Scoring is performed with tungsten carbide wheels, followed by breakout using integrated breakout bars, while the onboard toolchanger automatically adjusts to material type and thickness.
For Low-E edge deletion, an optional BCR unit with vertical brush removes coating on straight or shaped geometries, supported by a vacuum system for effective dust extraction.
Dedicated cycles for laminated glass and specialized inserts for vinyl or artistic applications expand its range of production possibilities.
INTELLIGENT CONTROL & SAFETY
