Intermac Drill Pro B H features a dual working station with two pairs of opposed multi-spindle heads, allowing the simultaneous processing of two glass pieces and significantly increasing output. Its batch-one design enables continuous production without setup time, automatically adapting to different glass sizes, thicknesses, and shapes—including irregular pieces—while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.

Equipped with four multi-spindle heads, each with eight spindles, and high-rotation Super Spindles reaching up to 12,000 RPM, the machine ensures fast cycle times and superior finishing quality. It performs drilling, milling, and countersinking with precision, supported by rapid tool-change systems and optimized cutting cycles that eliminate rework and improve efficiency, even on complex geometries.
