SPRINTING TOWARD PERFECTION
Intermac Drill Up B H is a high-performance NC processing centre designed for batch-one glass production, combining drilling, milling and countersinking with speed, precision and flexibility.
Equipped with two opposing multi-spindle heads, each carrying eight spindles, the machine performs drilling, countersinking and milling operations automatically, eliminating manual intervention and reworking. Optional Super Spindles, designed for high-speed milling up to 12,000 RPM, help reduce cycle times, extend spindle life and improve finishing quality. A clean-water cooling system supports both spindles and tools, while rapid tool change ensures fast, consistent and high-quality processing across every production cycle.

The horizontal structure is engineered to minimize vibration, ensuring excellent rigidity, durability during extended shifts and consistently high processing quality. Glass sheets are supported across their full width, while the integrated transport system keeps the work surface perfectly aligned. As a true batch-one solution, Intermac Drill Up B H automatically adapts to different glass sizes, thicknesses, machining positions and shapes, including out-of-square pieces and any glass with at least one straight edge, maintaining continuous production with zero setup time.
A patented dynamic vacuum belt system securely holds and transports glass with precise, repeatable positioning, making it suitable for low-E and coated glass. The belts are divided into sectors and automatically activated according to glass shape and machining position, with additional hold-down devices available for very small or complex geometries. Compact, safe and flexible, the machine can be linked to a washing machine for a complete workflow, while its intuitive Human Machine Interface and CAD-CAM software simplify programming, production control and performance monitoring.
