FLEXIBILITY & HIGH-PRECISION PROCESSING
Intermac Edge Pro Q 210 is capable of processing all four sides of the glass sequentially, producing a perfectly finished result in one step. Designed for batch-one production, it can handle glass sheets of different sizes and thicknesses consecutively without manual adjustment or operator intervention. Its intelligent configuration allows the processing of straight or shaped glass with 3 to 8 sides, including out-of-square pieces, making it ideal for demanding architectural and bespoke applications.
EFFICIENCY, VERSATILITY & COMPACT DESIGN
The machine redefines efficiency by automatically performing head and vacuum cup repositioning during hidden time, eliminating the delays typical of conventional double-sided edging lines. Despite its ability to process all four sides, it offers a significantly smaller footprint than traditional solutions, making it easier to integrate into flexible production environments. Its vacuum holding system secures the glass from the bottom, allowing safe processing of low-E glass without damaging the coating.
CONSISTENT QUALITY & ADVANCED CONTROL
Equipped with independent heads, each featuring 10 wheels, the system delivers brilliant and consistent polishing quality in reduced processing time. A combination of fixed roller supports, an upper presser, and automatic polishing wheel positioning minimizes vibrations and ensures stable operation. Advanced programming through the Human Machine Interface and integrated CAD-CAM software allows easy creation of complex geometries, multiple input modes, and complete monitoring of machine performance for maximum precision and operational control.
