Automatic Aluminum Spacer Bending Machine
An advanced spacer bending solution designed for fast, accurate, and automated processing of aluminum spacers used in insulating glass production. With servo-controlled feeding and bending, multiple spacer magazine options, and flexible shape processing, the machine helps improve productivity, precision, and production consistency.
The machine is equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, allowing fast and convenient parameter setting. Servo motors control both feeding and bending, ensuring stable and precise spacer processing. With four profile magazines for four different spacer specifications, the machine supports efficient production switching and can automatically avoid connectors between spacers during cutting and bending.


Designed for flexible IG production, the machine can process up to 15 different shapes and supports optional configurations for stainless steel spacers and Swisspacer processing. It can also be connected with an ink printer for marking requirements, while optional remote communication allows easier support and service monitoring.
