The machine is equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface for easy operation and fast parameter setting. Numerical control manages the extrusion start and stop time accurately, while the system automatically displays alerts when butyl is running out. The nozzle height is adjustable and automatically adapts to different spacer widths, ensuring stable and uniform extrusion quality.

STABLE HEATING & FLEXIBLE APPLICATION

Designed with two heating systems for the butyl cylinder and nozzle, the machine provides reliable temperature control and includes a pre-heating system for efficient startup. It supports butyl extrusion for curved spacers, making it suitable for a wider range of insulating glass applications while maintaining smooth operation and consistent sealing performance.
