PRECISE SEALING & INTELLIGENT SEALANT CONTROL

The sealing robot automatically measures sealing depth and adjusts sealant output to ensure accurate and uniform application. Its electronically adjustable mixing ratio provides precise control of A and B components, while the advanced double-channel continuous sealant supply system supports faster and fuller sealing of large or deep IG units. The system is also suitable for triple IG production, with optional support for stepped IG units and automatic IG thickness checking.

SMART OPERATION & GENTLE GLASS HANDLING

Equipped with an advanced control system and human-machine interface, the robot allows easy operation, real-time working status monitoring, and fault diagnosis. The V-shaped conveyor system and air cushion support ensure gentle and stable glass transport, making loading and offloading more convenient. Optional features such as mixer washing and heating systems enhance production reliability and support smooth daily operation.
