ACCURATE FILLING & RELIABLE OPERATION
The machine automatically fills desiccant into spacer frames with adjustable filling height according to spacer size, ensuring accurate and consistent results across different frame dimensions. After filling, it automatically seals the drilled hole for a clean and efficient process, while the PLC control system and touch screen interface provide easy operation and precise process control. The system also monitors the desiccant filling quantity automatically, helping reduce waste and support consistent IGU quality.
