LOW-E GLASS FILM REMOVING MACHINE
An advanced LOW-E film removing solution designed for precise, efficient, and automated coating removal. The machine automatically detects glass size and thickness, removes LOW-E film according to the required settings, and delivers clean, accurate results with high processing efficiency.
The machine uses a Schneider PLC control system and 8-axis servo motor movement to ensure accurate glass positioning and precise grinding wheel control. With high-precision synchronous belt transmission and servo-driven movement, the system achieves film removal accuracy within ±0.5 mm. It can automatically detect glass length and height, remove film widths from 10 to 150 mm, and process multiple shapes according to the built-in graphics library without requiring manual wheel changes for uneven film widths.


Equipped with a human-machine interface, the machine allows easy operation, real-time working status monitoring, and fault diagnosis. It features automatic coating-side recognition, selective film removal, automatic dust collection, automatic wheel trimming, and linear slide movement for excellent removal quality. Depending on production needs, continuous or intermittent film removal can be selected, while optional remote communication supports easier service and technical assistance.
