AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY & ACCURATE POSITIONING

The first glass is automatically conveyed through washing, drying, and inspection before stopping inside the press machine, where it is suctioned to the front panel. The second glass stops at the spacer attaching section and is positioned automatically before moving into the press for assembly and pressing. This assembly-in-press process supports double glass, triple glass, and 1 to 4-side step or offset IG units with high accuracy and consistency.

SMART CONTROL & RELIABLE LOW-E PROCESSING

Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, the line offers smooth operation and flexible process control. It provides excellent washing performance for on-line and off-line Low-E glass, with automatic air knife adjustment according to glass thickness, inverter-controlled Low-E brush rotation, automatic glass positioning, optional spacer frame positioning, and servo and torque-driven pressing for stable, precise results. Optional remote communication is also available for enhanced support and monitoring.
