CUSTOMIZED IG LINE
A tailor-made insulating glass production solution designed to match different production needs, space layouts, and glass processing requirements. From jumbo IG units to high-speed small-size glass production, L-shape or U-shape layouts, over-thick glass processing, and Low-E coating orientation, the line can be customized to support efficient, flexible, and reliable IG production.
TAILOR-MADE LAYOUTS & FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATIONS
For production areas with limited space, the IG line can be customized into an L-shape layout with a 90° turning table or adapted into other configurations to fit the available factory layout. A 180° turning conveyor can also be integrated to change the Low-E coating side during production, ensuring better process control and flexibility for different glass types and application requirements.
SPECIALIZED SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTION NEEDS
The line can be customized for over-thick and heavy glass with a dedicated washing machine, or configured as a high-speed production line with double working positions for refrigerator glass and same-size IG units. For jumbo IG production, with or without argon gas filling, the Tandem Press Series can be added to support oversized glass processing while maintaining efficiency for smaller glass sizes as well.
