FLEXIBLE IG ASSEMBLY & PRECISE POSITIONING

After washing, drying, and inspection, the first glass stops at the spacer attaching section and is positioned accurately through the X-Y axis system for manual spacer frame placement. The glass then moves to the assembly section, while the second glass is positioned and guided forward for accurate pairing. Once aligned, both glass pieces are assembled and transferred to the press, where the first sealing of the IG unit is completed.

SMART CONTROL & EFFICIENT LOW-E PROCESSING

The complete glass movement process, including stopping and conveying, is automatically managed by the PLC control system to support high productivity and flexible operation. The line features a touch screen interface, excellent washing performance for on-line and off-line Low-E glass, automatic air knife adjustment according to glass thickness, inverter-controlled Low-E brush rotation, center positioning for the press, and an optimized energy-saving intermittent working system. Optional remote communication is available for enhanced support and monitoring.
