HIGH-PRECISION JUMBO GLASS PROCESSING

The line uses 6-axis servo motor linkage movement to ensure accurate and efficient handling of jumbo insulating glass units. It can process double, triple, quadruple, and multi-layer IG units with 1 to 4-side step configurations, with or without argon gas filling. The high-tech press machine applies a 3 or 4-axis servo linkage system for precise assembly, gas filling, and pressing, ensuring stable performance even with oversized, thick, or heavy glass.

SMART WASHING & FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION OPERATION

Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, the line offers easy operation and reliable process control. It provides excellent washing performance for on-line and off-line Low-E glass, with automatic air knife adjustment according to glass thickness and inverter-controlled Low-E brush rotation. The system also supports automatic glass positioning, servo and torque-driven pressing, optional remote communication, and customizable configurations such as over-thick glass washing machines or tandem press series for both jumbo and smaller glass production efficiency.
