
AUTOMATIC ARGON GAS FILLING IG LINE
An advanced insulating glass production line designed to combine washing, assembly, argon gas filling, and pressing in one efficient process. Built for double, triple, and multi-layer IG units, it ensures stable production, high gas filling performance, and accurate handling of Low-E glass, rigid spacers, and warm edge spacers.
The line automatically detects glass size, glass thickness, and spacer thickness to create an optimized gas filling chamber for each insulated glass unit. This maximizes argon utilization, reduces gas consumption, and ensures reliable filling performance without damaging the spacer system. The high-tech press machine uses a 3 or 4-axis servo linkage system for accurate assembly, gas filling, and pressing, supporting double, triple, and stepped IG units with consistent quality.


Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, the line offers smooth, user-friendly operation and excellent washing performance for on-line and off-line Low-E glass. It features automatic air knife adjustment according to glass thickness, inverter-controlled Low-E brush rotation, automatic glass positioning, optional spacer frame positioning, and an optimized intermittent working system to improve energy efficiency and production reliability.
