HIGH-SPEED PROCESSING & DOUBLE WORKING POSITION

The line is designed with two smaller conveyor sections, enabling simultaneous handling of multiple small-size glass units on one IG line. This configuration significantly improves production efficiency for applications requiring fast processing of compact insulated glass. With automatic glass positioning, optional spacer frame positioning, and a servo-driven press system, the line ensures accurate assembly and reliable performance for double, triple, and stepped IG units.

INTELLIGENT GAS FILLING & SMART OPERATION

Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, the line provides user-friendly operation and stable process control. It automatically detects glass size, thickness, and spacer dimensions to adjust the closed gas filling chamber, maximizing argon filling efficiency while reducing gas consumption. The system also delivers excellent washing performance for on-line and off-line Low-E glass, with automatic air knife adjustment, inverter-controlled Low-E brush speed, and an optimized energy-saving intermittent working system.
