SUPER SPACER IG LINE

An advanced insulating glass production line designed to automatically apply super spacer frames with precision, speed, and consistency. The system manages the full process from washing and drying to spacer application, assembly, pressing, and first sealing, with optional argon gas filling and aluminum frame functions for greater production flexibility.

AUTOMATIC SUPER SPACER APPLICATION & PRECISE ASSEMBLY

After washing and drying, the first glass stops inside the press machine and is suctioned to the front panel, while the second glass is positioned accurately in the super spacer section through X-Y axis control. The applicator automatically applies the spacer frame onto the glass before the unit continues to the press for automatic assembly and pressing. Multi-axis servo linkage ensures fast, intelligent, and accurate operation, while double applicator heads can be added for alternating use of two different spacers.

SMART CONTROL & FLEXIBLE PROCESSING

Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, the line offers user-friendly operation and reliable process control. It includes automatic glass dimension and thickness inspection, inverter-driven material feeding speed adjustment, chip collection system, adjustable V-cutting blade for shaped glass, and special blade options for Georgian bar processing. The system is suitable for triple insulating glass units with different spacer widths, and remote communication can be added for enhanced support and monitoring.
